Our poultry is processed on farm with an On Farm Slaughter Operation licence. This does require that we pre-sell the birds and that you buy the whole bird from us, we then do the processing of the chicken for you. To do this we are asking for a deposit at the time of ordering ($10/chicken) and the remaining amount due after we weigh them at packaging ($5.75/lb. minus deposit, $6.75 for orders of 5 or less per batch). These birds are not inspected by the health authorities but we do our best to process a clean and attractive bird.
