Our beef and pork is slaughtered on farm with an On Farm Slaughter Operation licence. This does require that we pre-sell the animals. To do this we are asking for a deposit at the time of ordering. These animals are not inspected by the health authorities but we do our best to conduct the slaughter in a clean and safe manner, and then we have a local butcher shop do the cut and wrap to your specifications.
