Forest Raised Pork -

Whole - $4.25/lb. hanging weight plus processing costs

Half Pig - $4.50/lb. hanging weight plus processing costs

Whole - Subscription - $10.75/lb. freezer meat (additional for curing, sausages ect.)

Half - Subscription - $11.50/lb. freezer meat (additional for curing, sausages ect.)

Choice of Butcher

Harmony's Way Family Farm - Uninspected, On Farm Slaughter Operation licence (only whole pigs)

Tatonka Meats - Inspected Slaughter - Whole or half pigs (price will be adjusted to $3.80/$4 per lb. for whole/half pigs, respectively, as they will not be skinned for hanging)

I am unsure, I would like to discuss options farther
